EPC's
Since 1st October 2008 all homes whether being sold or rented need to have an EPC by law.
Energy Performance Certificates or, EPC’s as they are more commonly known provide information about a buildings energy efficiency in an aid to reduce the homeowners carbon footprint and to help buyers or tenants make an informed decision when taking a property on board.
